Cookies and local storage

By default: no analytics or advertising cookies

The site counts visits without cookies and without any personal identifier. Only essential technical cookies are used:

Data stored in your browser

• Favourites (st_favorites, local storage): the listings you saved. It stays on your device.
• Cookie choice (st_consent, local storage): your answer to the banner, if it appears.
• Visit source (st_utm, st_ref, session storage): the website or campaign that brought you, sent with a form if you submit one; cleared when you close the tab.

Analytics and advertising tools (off until you accept them)

If we enable Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta pixel, a banner will ask for your consent. Declining is as easy as accepting. Without consent none of these tools is loaded (Google Consent Mode v2: everything “denied” by default). With your consent these services may set their own cookies (for example _ga, _gcl_au, _fbp) to measure traffic and ad performance. Nothing you type into our forms is ever passed to them.

You can change your mind at any time with the Manage cookies link at the bottom of every page (shown when these tools are enabled), or by clearing the site's data in your browser.
